 Deliveries and shipping costs
Orders are shipped daily. Every order is shipped no later than the following business day after placing the order. Shipping costs are calculated based on the country of destination and package weight..
Product reclamations
We comply with the normal rules and regulations set for online sales. If you wish to make a reclamation, please contact our shop.
You can add items you wish to purchase to your basket by clicking "Add to Basket". Before adding, you may select a delivery method from the drop-down menu on the product information page.
You can view and edit the contents of your basket by clicking the "Your Basket" button at the top of the page. When you are ready to make the purchase, click the "Go to checkout" button when viewing your basket, or use the "Checkout" button at the top of the page.
Orders can be placed without registering, but it is a good idea to register an account as it enables viewing your orders and placing new ones more quickly later on.
You can pay for your order by using a debit or credit card, online banking, PayPal, bitcoins, or by invoice/hire purchase (domestic orders only).
Viewing orders
You can view your previous orders by clicking the "My Account" button at the top of the page. Via your account you can see information such as the statuses of placed orders and the products included in each order. After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation/receipt to your email address. As a general rule, all orders placed before 1 pm on weekdays will be shipped on the same day.
Editing your personal data
You can edit your personal information by clicking the "My Account" button at the top of the page. Here you can change your account's basic information and your password by choosing "Account Information", and you can edit your address by choosing "Address".
Collecting bonuses / inviting your friends
Registered users have the option of inviting their friends to become our customers, earning shopping money in the process. When your friends make purchases, a bonus of 10 % is accumulated per 10 Euros up to purchases of 100 Euros. For example, for an order of 82 Euros placed by your friend, you will get a bonus of 8 Euros. At the same time, the friend you invited gets a discount of 10 % for the online shop. This system does not apply to persons living in the same household.


In the top right corner of the online shop page, you can find "My Account" (see picture below). On your account page, you can see a menu on the left with "Referred friends" as the last menu item. Clicking this opens a page where you can see your accumulated bonuses and invite more friends to become our customers. You can invite your friends via email by clicking the "Invite a Friend" button, by sharing in various forms of social media (clickable icons for Twitter, Facebook, and MySpace), or by copying and pasting your personal referral link to your own Web page or to an email message. All registrations and purchase amounts and sums from your friends can be viewed at the top of the page. You can see your own accumulated bonus at "Active Balance". You can use these bonuses when placing orders by using "Use Bonus (Invited Friends)" when viewing your Basket page.
