FBI BEATEN BY RUSSIAN LOCK Boris Levakov has become the toast of crime-ridden Russia after inventing a thief-proof lock. The Vladivostock engineer's mechanism uses a computer key card and thus cannot be picked. It is also impregnable to acid, drills, saws or levers. When the lock was exhibited in Washington DC, FBI agents were unable to beat it.
