Tien päänä Lahti on kolmas ja viimeinen osa historiantutkija Tuomas Hopun sisällissotatrilogiassa. Aikaisemmin ilmestyneet osat ovat Vilppulasta Tampereen porteille (2022) ja Kaupunkisotaa ja pako Tampereelta (2023).
FT Tuomas Hoppu (s. 1967) on Pirkkalassa asuva historiantutkija, joka on kirjoittanut laaja-alaisesti eri historian osa-alueista. Kaikkein omimmillaan hän tuntee kuitenkin olevansa kirjoittaessaan sisällissodan 1918 tapahtumista.
