Arkkitehti, TkL Tuomo Sirkiä on vuodesta 1975 lähtien yli 50 vuoden aikana luonut monenlaisia edellytyksiä suunnittelun ammattilaisten tekemisille. Syntyi paljon kohteita, joiden tavoitteena oli hyvä ja toimiva rakennus tai laajempi, käyttäjiä palveleva ympäristö.
