They invited two photographers along, packed their pots and pans and travelled from one organic farm to another, creating mouthwatering dishes based on each farm's produce. The recipes contain at least 95% organic ingredients, but the dishes can also be made using home-grown or shop-bought non-organic ingredients. The sections cover starters, main courses, desserts and accompaniments, while the stunning photography gives a foretaste of the essence of organic food: fresh, pure and full of flavour. You'll learn about the ideas behind organic production, the regulations governing organic farming and the organic certification labels on consumer products as well as get a look behind the scenes at 18 Finnish organic farms.
